After the initial roof is removed, Luc and the crew will evaluate any unforeseen damage that may require repair to ensure the project is done right. A typical 3,000 sq foot home is typically completed in 1 to 2 days from start to finish.

This varies at the time of year. We do roofs all year long. We will give you an honest start date at the time of the quote. Weather can impact the dates. But Luc will go through that with you so you know exactly what the deal is.

Every job is different. Depending on the variables and complexity, a typical 2400 sq foot home can be completed for as low as $7,400 and as high as $9,500. Our prices are fair. Our work is exceptional

Luc will know right away whether your roof has adequate ventilation.  It is the first question a shingle manufacturer will ask if there are any warranty issues; “how is the roofing ventilated?”  We will make sure you have adequate ventilation so this will not be an issue… ever!

This can vary depending on the type of roof and how well it was installed. It’s no secret that Maine weather is not easy and our temperatures flux greatly.
